In 2016, when Tate Modern was opening their gallery extension, Tate Collectives (Young People’s Programme) did an open call across the world for artists under 25 to submit work which was shown in the Turbine Hall, projected on the walls and displayed on these TV screens on loop. They commissioned me and two other artists to make an artwork inspired by the prompt “What is the future of art?”

The future I envisioned was inclusive of Race and Gender, and accessible for the Disabled and Working Class, expansive of culture to include music and sound. Basically, art is for everyone.
